The author is a practising lawyer based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad with experience in litigation and legal research. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London through TILS, Islamabad. Furthermore, he has also worked with Group Development Pakistan (GDP) and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), gaining valuable exposure to both the legal and development sectors.
